what types of makeup services do you offeR?

We offer Makeup Services for all events and occasions, Branding, Print, Commercial, Bridal and more.

Do you Provide on-location services or do you have a studio?

We are a mobile service and provide on-location services for your convenience. Studio will be coming in 2024-2025.

Do you have a minimum requirement for on-location services?

We travel locally for 2 service minimum, and out of town for a 4 service minimum.

Do you offer touch up services for special events or occasions?

Yes we offer touch ups for all events and occasions and actually encourage you to reserve us for touch ups if you are going to be taking professional photos. our touch up rate $100/hr.

what is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We typically require our client to give us at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations or reschedules. Our cancellation fee is the 50% retainer we require at the time of booking and It is non-refundable. Exceptions to the cancellation fee may be made in cases of documented emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Clients must provide adequate proof of the situation for consideration. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a full charge of the service fee. Repeat no-shows may result in the client being required to prepay for future appointments or being refused service.

what is your pricing structure? do you have additonal fees?

Our hourly rate is $150. This is what our Soft Glam fee is for 1 hour of service. Full glam takes about an hour and 30 mins, etc. And our Bridal rate varies, please reach out of additional information.

Our additional fees are added on for large parties, travel, touch ups and early morning fees depending on the request. please reach out to us for a quote.

How Far in advanced should I schedule an appointment?

Ashmarbeauty gets booked up to two years in advance. For weddings and fashion week, it is highly recommended to schedule 1 year in advanced. We do have weekday and weekend availability with our team, be sure to reach out for our availability at any time, we may be able to squeeze you in!

what brands of makeup do you use?

We use prestige products, the best of the best! Dior, Chanel, YSL, Armani, Givanchy, Charlotte Tillbury, Patrick ta, One Size, MUF, MAC, NARS, Huda, and more...

Do you travel to locations outside of your usual service area?

Yes, we travel everywhere. All parts of Florida and we travel out of state and country. Please reach out to us for more information.

what do you require for destination services?

For requests outside our standard service area, clients are responsible for:

  1. Booking and covering the cost of airfare for makeup artists.

  2. Arranging and paying for hotel accommodations if overnight stays are required.

  3. Providing transportation to and from the venue, as well as during the appointment.

Do you offer makeup trials or consultations for events?

Yes, we offer trials for all events and occasions.

How long does a makeup application take?

Soft Glam takes 1 hour, Full service can vary from 1 1/2 hrs to 2 hours, depending on the request.
